Sferica Srl, a company operating as a General Contractor in San Benedetto del Tronto (AP), is specialized in turnkey construction of shops and commercial spaces throughout the national territory. To strengthen our internal team, we are looking for a Site Manager.
• Managing relationships with clients and site management (local architect, pilotage, etc).
• Coordinating and supervising the work carried out by subcontractors.
• Monitoring project progress and work quality in compliance with the project schedule.
• Diploma or degree in a technical field.
• Good knowledge of construction and MEP activities.
• Organizational skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Availability to travel throughout the national territory.
• Residence in the provinces of Ascoli Piceno, Teramo, or Fermo is preferred.
• Permanent employment contract, commensurate with experience and skills.
• Dynamic and stimulating work environment with nationwide projects.
• Autonomy and responsibility in site management.
